Presuming they have html tags enabled, as well as <a> tags, this should work:

<a href="http://www.example.com">YourWordsHere</a>

To make the link appear in a new window, add <a href="http://www.example.com" target="_blank">

Just a quick bit of advice, I'd seriously only recommending blog commenting when you're adding value to the blog and the discussion, and never for pure backlink purposes.  However, relevant blog commenting can be a great traffic and conversion tool.
